- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Transit times: International shipments are sent through express services (FedEx / DHL) and usually take 4–9 business days to reach their destination, depending on customs procedures in each country.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important): International shipments outside Colombia may be subject to customs duties and import taxes under the laws of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the store’s shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges in full upon delivery by the carrier.
- ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website so you can track your package in real time.
- DELIVERY ADDRESSES
The buyer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Mantra Home Colombia is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered during checkout.
